Shipping

- Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

- We currently ship within the United States.

- Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

- You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Returns

- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- For hygiene reasons, opened bottles are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Digital guides and downloads are delivered instantly and are not refundable.

- To start a return, email us at info@princessakeema.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

- Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

 Damaged or Wrong Items

- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at info@princessakeema.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

- We will replace it free of charge and cover all shipping.
